Healthy lifestyle


I am going to eat a healthy breakfast for the rest of the week.The kind of food I will have for breakfast is Nutra grain.For lunch I would ask my mum to get some fruit and some muesli bars for my lunch.For dinner I would stop having takeaways and ask mum to bake some bacon and egg pie in the oven. If my family has desert I won’t have any at all not even if they have my favourite dessert that is a chocolate mousse with whip cream and strawberries.At morning tea and lunch I would start running around with my friends and play on the park with a couple of friends and we would probably be playing ball tiggy around the park and on the obstacles like hiding behind the boards.After I come home I am going to lie down and relax on my bed in the lounge and watch television.

At the end of the week I am going to start to feel better.
